Our Lady of Lourdes School welcomes students of varied abilities and diverse ethnic backgrounds. The administration, faculty, and staff recognize the value of each individual and are committed to each student’s spiritual, academic, social, and cultural development.

Our Lady of Lourdes School has proudly served the children of Hamilton Heights since 1912! Educating students in Pre-K through 8th grades, OLL's talented and committed faculty and staff strive to enlighten and nurture the entire child. We conduct dynamic interactive lessons by following the most up-to-date teaching strategies and by utilizing the school's many technological and academic resources. Lying at the root of our mission are Catholic values aimed to inspire, motivate, and edify the future of our nation!

At Our Lady of Lourdes School, faith and knowledge meet. We treat learning as a constantly evolving endeavor-- OLL students graduate as life-long scholars. Every child at OLL receives the necessary skills and knowledge to recognize, and access, their intellectual potentials!

The school is supported by an Advisory Board that meets regularly throughout the year. Our Lady of Lourdes School is extremely fortunate to have a number of dedicated donors who fund both curriculum enhancement programs and physical plant capital improvements.

Thanks to the generous support of our Patrons, OLL has completed a number of capital improvements. In 2007, the 100-year-old roof was replaced through grants from the Hayden Foundation and the Endowment for Inner-City Education. In 2008, a multi-purpose room was renovated into a state-of-the-art Science Lab through a grant from the Endowment for Inner-City Education and support from our Patrons.  In the summer of 2009, an energy efficient steel boiler will replace the over 50 year old cast iron boiler currently serving the building through a grant from the Endowment for Inner-City Education.
